How it works
Example of a user journey
Create a product offering
An owner of a consumer brand uploads a few pictures of a product and her company along with a description of the product and her company’s unique story.
Connect with sellers
The consumer brand is interested in finding new stores that can sell their products – they find one on the LikeMinded platform, and can quickly contact them to agree on a sales price, minimum order size, and offer length.
Sell to your network
With one click the retailer can create his own offer link based on the brand’s product offer, and share that to their own customers/network. When the offer expires, the store gets paid the pre-agreed commission, the brand gets paid for their products, and only then are the products shipped from the brand to the store for customer pickup.

What our sign-ups say
We have interesting products we were previously not able to include in our offering. We already tie up a lot of money in inventory and don’t know how well new products would sell, but with LikeMinded we will no longer have these issues.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is LikeMinded?
LikeMinded is a platform that connects brands with re-sellers (such as independent retail stores) to facilitate the creation of time-limited offers to be pushed to the re-seller’s customers.
When does LikeMinded launch?
The platform is under development and will open up for early access for select users shortly. The formal launch is planned for 2024, with specific dates to be announced in due course.
How does LikeMinded work for brands?
Brands can easily engage with retail stores on LikeMinded, and create product offers to sell to the re-seller’s customers, with the chance to tell stories and selling points of their products.
How does LikeMinded work for retail stores?
Using LikeMinded, retail stores can easily create offers of the products or services from their shops and push the offers to their customers for quick sales. It works well for promoting new products, discounted offerings to reduce inventory, seasonal offerings, and recurring offerings (e.g. flower shops creating weekly flower offerings).
Business or store owners can also engage other selling partners to sell their offerings (e.g. gift shops can sell other stores’ wines or candies) to broaden their product assortment.
Additionally, business or store owners can also engage new or existing brands/suppliers to create offers for these suppliers’ products, and sell them to the business and store owners’ own customer base. This is a way to get more revenue without building inventories, without taking any price risk, and is an easy way to try including new products in your assortment.
How much does LikeMinded cost to use?
For consumers and re-sellers (store owners, influencers or other individuals selling products on behalf of someone else) the platform is completely free to use. Product owners can sign up and use the platform at no cost, and are charged a take rate of approximately 5-10% (subject to change), but only after a sale is completed.
Who is responsible for setting the commission between brands and re-sellers?
The commission terms are mutually decided by the product owners and community leaders, allowing for flexible arrangements based on each partnership.
How do I share an offer with my customers or network?
Offers can be shared via social media (for example Instagram or TikTok posts, as a Facebook post, or in a group), messaging apps (Instagram and Messenger broadcasting channels, WhatsApp), email newsletters, on your website, via QR codes or flyers in store, word-of-mouth, or any other communication channels within your community/that you use for your network.
How do I connect with retail stores or brands on LikeMinded?
The platform enables connections between retail stores (re-sellers) and brands (suppliers) for collaboration on offers. When you sign up you will select your primary way to use the platform, and you will have the opportunity to connect with 1) suggested partners already on the platform, and 2) easily invite potential partners not on the platform, and that you would like to collaborate with on LikeMinded. Looking to invite someone? Contact us for more info on our referral program.
What information is required to open an account for creating offers?
For creating offers, LikeMinded requires users to create an account on the LikeMinded website or app, with company CVR or ID or similar to document identities.
Is it necessary to download an app to create offers or place orders on LikeMinded?
LikeMinded operates through its website and app, where the app is only optional. Users with a preference for using the app can choose to do so.
Can individuals or non-profits use LikeMinded to create offers?
Yes, individuals and non-profits can leverage their community influence to create offers on LikeMinded. They can use LikeMinded for easy order placement and payment management. Also, they can bargain for better discounts with the product owners by initiating group purchases together with their community.
Who handles product returns and quality issues?
Brands are responsible for managing returns and addressing quality issues according to their policies. Often, the retail stores will support the communication if that is required in some cases.
What happens if the brand fails to deliver the product after the customer has made a payment?
In such instances, the retail store (the person sharing the offer with their customer base/community/network) will be notified, with potential involvement of LikeMinded to facilitate the communication and resolution between the involved parties. The platform ensures a fair process to address and resolve delivery issues as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Consumers are protected by the Electronic Commerce Directive under EU law.
